I found a pair of couches I wanted with US furniture direct that were over $400 cheaper than they were marketed for at a local retailer. I purchased them and was told they would arrive at the warehouse in 2-3 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to check on my order and I was assured that my order had come in and that they may be able to deliver them on Sunday. I said Sunday would work and was told the courier would call to confirm. Fast-forward to Sunday, I missed a call from the courier in the morning but when I called back, I was told they had gone ahead and put my order on the truck anyway, in hopes that they would hear from me on their route. They were delivered that evening. Set-up took less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
