We are a Fayetteville-based company group with over 20 years of experience in selling furniture in North Carolina. US Furniture Direct is our latest venture aimed at providing high quality furniture at the lowest prices in the nation. We supply directly from big name manufacturers such as Ashley Furniture, Michael Amini, Aico, Hooker Furniture, Catnapper, Jackson, Craft Master, Southern Motion, Acme, Crown Mark, New Classic, Coaster, and Homelegance (the rest will be added to the website soon).

1. Why so cheap?

Our prices are low because we keep our costs low, through a number of ways.

For instance, the word "direct" in our company name refers to the fact that we ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer, and do not have to pay sales commissions and other expenses to middlemen.

Additionally, we don't have a fancy showroom (except this website), we own our 72,000sf warehouse, we keep our markups low and only hire a small number of employees. These cost-mitigating measures allow us to offer furniture at record-low prices.

2. Do you sell used furniture?

No, we do not sell used furniture. Every piece of furniture that we sell is brand new, in the original manufacturer's packaging and remains unopened until it arrives to the customer's home.

3. Where do you get your furniture from?

Our furniture is supplied to us directly by the manufacturers. Currently, we are an authorized dealer of 13 brands including Ashley Furniture, Michael Amini, Aico, Hooker Furniture, Catnapper, Jackson, Craft Master, Southern Motion, Acme, Crown Mark, and New Classic, Coaster, and Homelegance (the rest will be added to the website soon).

4. Can I return the furniture I purchased?

5. Do you offer warranties?

Yes. All of our products are covered under the manufacturers' respective warranty programs. Those are typically valid one year from the date of purchase, with the ability to renew for another 5 years for 10% of the product's price. Warranties vary per product so please call us if you have questions regarding a specific product. We suggest you consult with the respective brand's website. 6. Do you offer delivery and installation?

Yes, we offer white glove delivery and assembly for every product, starting at $99. You can also pick up your furniture for free at our warehouse in Fayetteville, NC. Learn more

7. What are your financing options?

We offer financing options on all of our products, no credit check necessary.

To pay in installations, you can select the Shop Pay option when adding a product to your cart or when checking out. An estimate of 4 interest-free installments that you would pay if you choose to checkout with Shop Pay is shown on each product page.
