Our certified delivery & assembly experts provide various services to ensure your furniture arrives safely and is set up exactly to your satisfaction. We offer the following delivery options:
In-Store Pickup
You can pick up your furniture for free at our location: 225 Dunn Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28312. Please contact us to arrange your pick-up time.
Free Curbside Delivery
We offer free curbside delivery for orders within 225 miles of our store. Our certified delivery experts will bring your furniture to your curbside in its original packaging. Many of our products qualify for free curbside shipping nationwide, which will be noted on the product page and at checkout.
White Glove Delivery
For only $99, upgrade to White Glove Delivery within 225 miles of our store. This includes Room of Choice + Full Assembly & Packaging Removal. Our team will deliver your furniture to your home, professionally assemble it, and remove the packaging materials so you can enjoy a seamless experience without the hassle.

Average delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks, but this may vary depending on availability of products. Please call us if you need the ETA for your order or to arrange a delivery time.
For deliveries to locations further than 225 miles, the fee will depend on the size of your order. Please call or text us at 910-574-4349 to arrange it.

Regular delivery hours for US Furniture Direct are between 10am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday. Any requests outside of these standard hours may incur extra charges.
An adult is required to be present to receive and sign for your new furniture upon delivery.
From the moment your furniture leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your home, our delivery service is fully insured.
At the time of delivery, it is crucial to inspect all items for any damages. Any damages must be documented on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
Delivery insurance will only cover issues listed on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. US Furniture Direct and the shipping carrier will not be held responsible for any problems not properly noted.
Regardless of any damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect items, all items on the order must be accepted and signed for, unless otherwise instructed by US Furniture Direct. US Furniture Direct will address the issue by replacing, refunding, or repairing the item as deemed appropriate.
Please ensure you take photographs of any observed damages to serve as evidence.
Prior to delivery, protect your floors and walls, as US Furniture Direct and the carrier cannot be held responsible for any damage to your personal property.
If a delivery appointment is missed, you may be subject to a delivery attempt fee, estimated at $0.75* per pound.
To reschedule your delivery, please inform us at least two days before the planned delivery date to avoid a rescheduling fee.
On the day of delivery, ensure that the designated area is clear and ready for the delivery. Our delivery team is unable to remove old furniture.
*Please note that our customer service department must be informed of any damages within 24 hours of delivery.
