We are delighted to offer a 30 Day Return Policy, commencing on the day your order is delivered. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unused and in a new condition.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Items must not be assembled or altered in any way.

Fees and Deductions: All returns and exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee and applicable return shipping fees, as detailed below.

A return shipping cost estimated at $2.25 per pound will be deducted from your refund in the following cases:

  • If you request US Furniture Direct to pick up your return from your residence or delivery address.
  • If you refuse delivery for any reason without approval from US Furniture Direct. If you reject an entire shipment because only a part of an item is damaged.
  • If the delivery address provided is invalid and the order could not be delivered.
  • If you decide to cancel your order and it is beyond the cancellation timeframe.
  • If an item does not fit in your home and/or through your door.
  • If you return only part of an order that included a package discount, the package discount will be voided, and you will be credited less the amount of the discount.
  • If parts or accessories are missing from the original packaging, a fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Remote delivery locations may be subject to additional charges.

In the event that the purchased furniture does not fit in your designated space due to incorrect measurements, US Furniture Direct reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 30% of the item's purchase price. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with processing, handling, and returning the item to inventory. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return delivery to our facility.

We strongly recommend that customers measure their available space and access points, such as doorways, hallways, and staircases, before placing an order for furniture. Please take into consideration the dimensions of the furniture, including its width, height, depth, and any additional features. This proactive approach will help avoid any inconvenience or disappointment that may arise due to furniture not fitting into the desired location.

Non-returnable Items: Items marked "Final Sale" or "Special Order" Items that have already been assembled (unless a written exception is provided by US Furniture Direct)

Tips to Avoid a Return: Before placing your order, ensure that the item you are ordering will fit through your door and in the designated space. If it doesn't, the delivery company may have to leave the product outside your door, on a porch, or in a garage. If your item arrives with minor or cosmetic damage due to shipping, don't worry. We can try to replace the damaged parts on the product so you can avoid returning it.


Cancellation Policy: To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we process all orders immediately upon receipt. Therefore, orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any fees.

Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a 30% restocking fee and a return shipping fee at an estimated $2.25 per pound.

If you cancel, return, or exchange only part of an order that included a package discount, you will forfeit your package discount and be credited less the amount of the discount.

If there are backordered products on your order and you choose to wait for the backordered products to become available, we will make payment to the manufacturer to ensure that the products are reserved for you when they become available and not sold to anyone else. Your order will be considered a "special order" and therefore cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact us. Once canceled, your order status will change to "canceled" and a cancellation confirmation email will be sent. Please retain this email as confirmation that you have canceled your order. If you do not have a cancellation confirmation email or your order status in your customer portal does not say "canceled," your order was not canceled.
