Nothing is wrong with the furniture, but you will pay thousands of dollars to repair your home after their delivery service damages every surface they pass moving it in. Not sure how they claim it's white glove service. Not only are they not responding to me, but they have also ignored the Better Business Bureau & are apparently willing to lose their accreditation rather than to the right thing. I donβt know how they can advertise on their website that they are licensed & insured when they will not fix the damage their delivery company caused.
