Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Phone Customer Support:

    • Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Assist with product questions, order status updates, and general concerns.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Routing Deliveries:

    • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes efficiently.
    • Communicate delivery details with drivers and customers.
    • Resolve any issues or delays related to deliveries.
  • Handling Damaged Furniture Claims:

    • Process and manage claims for damaged furniture.
    • Coordinate with customers, delivery teams, and suppliers to resolve issues.
    • Ensure timely resolution of claims with proper documentation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
